Find ip address of service processor on p5

Go to the front panel of the system switch to menu 02. This can be done by pressing the buttons with the cursors above which I call cursor up / cursor down button to switch the menus and the button with an enter symbol above to enter the menu which i call enter button.

With the enter button switch to the second choice in menu 02 where is a n or a m. If there is a n you have to switch it to m and leave the menu by pressing the enter button two times. If there is a m you can leave the menu 02 by pressing the enter button two times. N is for normal and m is for manual.

Than go to menu 30 and enter it with the enter button. You will get a 30*-*. By using the cursor buttons you will get 3000 and 3001. 3000 is for the first HMC-Port and 3001 is for the second HMC-Port. If you enter 3000 or 3001 with the enter button you will get the IP address of the port.

You can leave the menus with the enter button move cursor button to 30*-* and press enter. If you want the normal screen with HMC=1 you can enter menu 01 by pressing the cursor buttons till there is a 01 and than press the enter button.
