Factory reset: pick up the phone and dial * * * * 7 3 7 3 8 #, then press 1 to confirm.
Dial * * * * 110 # to find out its ip address.

Remove the LINE connection, just leave the PHONE connection to the analog phone to enter the voice configuration menu.

You can set the IP through the IVR; you may need to set the Web Server function also so you can log to the IP address that you set (* * * * 7932 1# 1 - you will receive the voice message “action succesful”)

7932 will enable/disable the web server function (1=enable; 0=disable).

IP address format 192*168*1*1

Dial * * * * 101 # 1 # 1 - This will deactivate DHCP and will enable static IP address configuration.

Dial * * * * 111 # 192*168*1*101 then press # 1 (IP address of your Voicebox)\

Dial * * * * 121 # 255*255*255*0 then press # 1 (Subnet Mask)

Dial * * * * 131 # 192*168*1*1 then press # 1 (Gateway Address)

To check that you have implemented this correctly

1. Dial * * * * 100 # to listen to the state of DHCP
2. Dial * * * * 110 # to listen to your IP address
3. Dial * * * * 120 # to listen to your Subnet Mask
4. Dial * * * * 130 # to listen to your Default Gateway
