If firefox fails to display the web interface correctly and the logs show ssl exception errors, you may need to enable sslv2 in firefox about:config:-
security.enable.ssl2 from false into true
Chrome does not seem to have this problem.
To make it easier to access the BIOS setup screen edit the virtual machines configuration (.vmx ) and append one of the following options:

Target os is w2k3 server, need to add extra 2GB to root filesystem.
