Crashed Windows pictures

Nothing warms my heart more than crashed instances of windows in very public places on display. So to share the joy, here are some pics:-

	B and Q - paint mixing section. Why the language is not in English given that this was un UK, not sure.
	No monitors running the whole day of the AWS Summit, maybe their own AV has borked their own computers! Hope so!!!
