| Hanson Way | Arthur Hanson and son Jack were local butchers and grazed cattle on fields used for this housing development. |
| Lole Close | Jesse Lole was a local Coal Merchant who kept his horses on a field adjacent to this site. |
| Moore Close | Frank Moore was a well respected local resident and Church Warden at St Thomas for over 50 years. |
| Harrow Close | Eric Harrow was the local Pharmacist and a cheurch warden at St Thomas for many years. |
