+This router has itself been superceeded, due to a "Full Fibre" gigabit bearer on GPON, I needed a gigabit capable router, I went for a [[cisco-1921|Cisco 1921 Gigabit router]]. Despite the [[fibremarketinglies|marketing lies]] told about "fibre" internet, "full fibre" is still a lie as the ONT presents me with a copper RJ45 inteface, no fibre option is avaiable.

+Well tested now, the above config worked without issue. After the fibre and NTE was installed and operational, I connected the ethernet and after I had an L2 link, I disconnected the ADSL RJ45 cable. Whilst this was happening, I was running a ping from an internal machine to 1.1.1.1, after the ADSL was disconnected, this was lost, but 13 pings later it came back up using the fibre.
