DNS zone testing

This code was written to test if multiple dns servers in a zone are giving consistant answers.
An xml config file is read in, the first <server> block is assumed to be the master,
subsequent blocks are assumed to be slave servers. The results are written back the xml config
file and an html results page is generated.
